5. Orders & Production By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Because each item is made to order, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submitting — changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

6. Shipping Orders ship internationally from our production facility. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. FORME IV is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue monetary refunds. Store credit may be issued at our discretion for defective or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
