Made-to-Order Production Every FORME IV piece is made to order with intention. Because each item is crafted specifically for you, please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order ships. This ensures the quality and care your order deserves.

International Shipping All orders ship internationally from our production facility overseas. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Estimated transit times vary by destination but typically range from 7–21 business days after fulfillment.

Please note: total delivery time includes both production and transit.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by FORME IV at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Lost or Damaged Packages FORME IV is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at  helloformeiv@gmail.com with photos and we will work with you toward a resolution.
